Psychic medium sessions are an incredibly moving and healing experience that will stay with you forever. So, to maximize the potential of our time together, please review these simple steps.
Clear your schedule
Please set aside the appropriate amount of time to receive your reading with at least a 30-minute buffer in case the session exceeds the allotted time. Also, make prior arrangements for the care of children and pets.
Get comfortable
For phone or video sessions, settle into a comfortable spot where you can be alone, quiet, and undisturbed. Ask surrounding friends and family members to please allow you privacy during your reading.
Remove distractions
Turn off anything that might distract you, like television or music playing in the background – it can really affect how well we do when there are other things going on around us.

Terms of Service
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Clients under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian present during the reading session.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
The payments you make for sessions are non-refundable.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
On the phone or by Skype, the session lasts approximately one hour. Please be on time. If you are late, we reserve the option of taking off that amount of time from your session or, if over 15 minutes, your appointment is subject to cancellation.
You may do your own recording. No part of the recording, whether made by us or by you, may be copied, transcribed or made public in any way without our permission.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
PROHIBITED SUBSTANCE USE
We have a zero-tolerance policy for drug or alcohol consumption before or during a session. Intoxication during a session is cause for termination of service without a refund.
PAYMENTS
Appointments are not secured until payment is made. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express over the phone at the time of the scheduling or, time permitting, you can send a check. Full payment must be made at least one week in advance.
RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS
There is no refund or rescheduling for a missed session and the total cost for your session is forfeited. If you need to reschedule, please call (310) 539-5646 at least 24 hours before your appointment.
There may be times where it is necessary for us to reschedule appointments for unforeseen reasons. We apologize, in advance, for any inconvenience that may be caused.
